At Mount Books, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, we request our customers to kindly note the following terms regarding returns and refunds:

• No Return or Exchange: Once a product is delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged unless it is received in a damaged condition or if the wrong item has been delivered.

• Damaged or Incorrect Products: If you receive a damaged product or an item that does not match your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You can email us at mountbooks14@gmail.com with your order details and clear photographs of the issue for verification.

• Refund Process: Upon approval of your complaint, a refund will be initiated via online mode. The refund process will begin within 7 working days of our confirmation email, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7 to 10 working days, depending on your bank's processing time.
